Shipping Information
At DJECO, we’re committed to getting your creative toys and craft supplies to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping:
Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
Shipping fee: €12.95
- Free Shipping:
Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Available for orders over €50
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Areas
We ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us at [email protected] before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our creative toys and craft supplies. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges according to the following policy.
Our Return Policy
You may return or exchange your purchase within 15 days of receipt, provided the product:
- Is in its original, undamaged packaging
- Is unused and in resalable condition
- Contains all original labels and accessories
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- Teething toys (Bijtspeelgoed)
- Umbrellas and rainwear (Paraplu’s en regenkleding) if unpackaged
Return Process
- Submit your return request within 15 days of receipt by emailing [email protected] using the template below.
- Wait for approval – You’ll receive a return label and instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship your package with the provided label within 7 days of approval.
- Receive your refund or exchange – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your request.

Once we receive and inspect your return:
- The amount will be refunded to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB or PayPal) within 5-10 business days
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
Note: Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to an error by DJECO.
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- Select a new product from our range of creative toys, craft supplies or children’s games
- Indicate your preference in the return form
- For price differences, you’ll receive a payment link or we’ll refund the difference
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt
- Include photos of the defect and packaging with your email
- We’ll send you a replacement product as soon as possible or process a refund
International Returns
For customers outside the Netherlands:
- Return shipments are at your own expense
- Use a traceable shipping method
- Clearly mark the return number on the outside of the package
